Terms of Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the App.

Doctor Pigeon does not tolerate harassment, abuse, hate speech, or any objectionable content. Users found violating this policy will have their content removed and their accounts terminated.

To report a user or content, tap the three-dot menu on any friend's row and select Report. All reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the App to harass, bully, or spam other users.
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service.
• Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

Doctor Pigeon offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called Doctor Pigeon Pro.

• Subscription name: Doctor Pigeon Pro
• What's included: Full sound library access, unlimited friends, and priority access to new sound drops.
• Subscription length: Monthly (1 month) or Annual (12 months), as selected at the time of purchase.
• Price: As displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region.
• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal charge: Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• Managing or cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Free trial (if offered): Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• No partial refunds: We do not provide refunds for any unused portion of a subscription period.

All meme sounds, images, and other content provided in the App are for personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. Doctor Pigeon does not claim ownership of third-party meme content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings > Account within the App.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doctor Pigeon and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
