Terms of Service

Doctor Pigeon lets you send meme sound notifications (“pings”) to friends. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. You are responsible for your account and activity.

You agree not to:

• Use the app to harass, bully, or spam other users.
• Upload inappropriate or illegal content as a profile photo.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the service.
• Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes.

Doctor Pigeon offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (“Doctor Pigeon Pro”) that unlock additional sounds and features.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

All meme sounds, images, and other content provided in the app are for personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. We do not claim ownership of third-party meme content and use it under fair use for commentary and entertainment purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings > Account.

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
